Last week I went to Manitoulin Island for Kayla and Andrews engagement session!
Kayla’s parents own property on the island where we got to take some photos. The property is so big that is has different locations in it, so we made sure to use the most meaningful places to Kayla and Andrew. I love it when clients have special spots, it’s a great time to explore, shoot in new areas and capture photos at memorable places! It was also important to get a few photos of them with their Great Dane named Riddick (such a cool name). Only a year old and he makes my Bokeh look like a little lap dog! lol
With forests, fields, huge trees, windmills and windy roads, every direction I looked there was a different spot to take photos. We also wanted to go down to Little Current so we could get some photos both with the famous swing bridge in the background and the sun setting the other way. No surprise we ran out of time! lol
Congratulations Kayla and Andrew! It was a blast hanging out with you guys for the evening. Of course, now I’m even more excited for your wedding next summer! 😛
